You shouldn't need a computer science degree just to get your Wi-Fi or devices running smoothly.

Let's be honest. You probably don't have a tech-savvy friend on speed dial, and you definitely don't have the time to sit through hours of online video tutorials trying to figure out someone else's instructions.

Worse yet, trying to fix a frustrating glitch yourself always comes with that lingering fear: Am I about to make this ten times worse?

You shouldn't have to sacrifice your day off just to sit on hold, and you absolutely shouldn't have to argue with a support agent who makes you feel like an idiot for asking a simple question.

You just want the assurance that the problem is fixed, period.

I built my business to be the tech partner you actually want to invite over. I handle the frustration, optimize your system, and walk you through the solution with patience and clarity—so you can finally move on with your day.

Bite-Sized, On-Demand Tech Solutions

Don't let minor technical annoyances derail your day. Our on-demand quick fixed menu is formatted specifically for immediate, single-issue complications.

The Rundown -- How Does This Work?

Let's get down to business and get your simple tech issues taken care of once and for all.

1. Tell me Your Problem, or Choose a Service: Describe the issue as best you can, as simply as you can, and don't worry, I'm not going to talk down to you or make you feel like you have to go to university just to talk to me. Describe the problem or simply tell me the service or package you need.

2. Consult for Free: We'll discuss then details, the when, and the how and everything else. The only cost is for an actual service I perform.

3. If Necessary, I'll Make a Housecall: If we can't figure it out over the phone, no problem, I'll head out there and look everything over.

4. Let's Get to Work!: I apply the solution, in person or however required, as unobtrusive as possible, with as friendly a presence as you've come to expect from our first interactions.

A Hometown Offering for Everyone

You sit for thirty minutes just to wait for someone to assist you, and then you're made to feel stupid for coming to them in the first place. You end up feeling like you've wasted their time, and you may not even have a solution at the end of it. When you take your car to the mechanic, you don't have to know "a thing about a thing", so to speak! I don't care if you don't know what a router, or a modem, or anything is. Just like my auto mechanic doesn't expect me to know anything about transmission or power steering or anything that has to do with how a car works. All I need to know, is what the problem is, and I'll take it from there.

Personal IT Service: I'm not transferring you to the next agent just so you can repeat everything you've already told the last ten. I'm there, and I'm going to hear your story once, and that's the only time you'll have to tell it.

Enterprise Background: I'm bringing robust solutions to everyday people that you'd expect to see in a corporate office.
